Mortgage Rates Best Since May
Thursday, July 9th, 2009Freddie Mac published their Weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey today. The survey shows mortgage rates moved down again with an average 30 year fixed rate home loan priced at 5.20%. This is lower than last weeks survey rate of 5.32%. In fact, rates are the best they have been since the end of May.
