Mortgage Rates Drop Again
Thursday, April 2nd, 2009Freddie Mac published their Weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey today. The survey shows mortgage rates dropped again over this last week with an average 30 year fixed rate home loan priced at 4.78%. This is the second week in a row with the lowest rate in the nearly 40 year history of the Freddie Mac survey.
