Treasury Index at All-Time Low

The Federal Reserve announced today that for December the One Year Constant Maturity Treasury (1 Year CMT) rate averaged 0.49%.  This is an historical low.

This brought the December 12 Month Treasury Average (12 MTA/12 MAT)  to 1.823%.
